Scooter Braun, who is best known for being Justin Bieber's manager, got engaged to Yael Cohen at his Los Angeles, California, home on Sunday, Jan. 5.
First hinting at the news on Twitter, Braun wrote a message to his followers that read, "Loving 2014. Luckiest guy in the world." Likewise, Cohen also insinuated at the engagement by posting an image on Instagram that showed the word "yes" in pretty red letters.
Cohen is the CEO of F*** Cancer, which is an organization she launched in 2009 after her own mom was diagnosed with breast cancer.
According to sources for Us Weekly, Braun and Cohen make a great couple and Braun "is really happy" about his engagement. "They are head over heels and are so great together," another source revealed.
Before the big proposal, the two lovebirds spent the New Year holiday in the Caribbean, visiting several tropical destinations, including St. Bart's and Anguilla. Once back home, Braun shared the end of his time off with his fans by saying, "It's been one amazing vacation. Back to reality. And I'm not mad. Love life! Play hard work hard!"
To show off his girl and the good time they had on New Year's Eve, Braun posted a photo of him and Cohen, who was dressed in a white strapless dress, captioning it with, "She was the most beautiful New Years date."
While it's not clear whether it was related to his manager's engagement, Bieber posted a pretty photo of the sun's rays on a wooded landscape with the caption "Love." However, the Biebs has yet to publicly offer words of congratulations to his hardworking manager.
