Manganiello is using the exposure to promote his new book, Evolution: The Cutting Edge Guide to Breaking Down Mental Walls and Building the Body You've Always Wanted. The title's a bit of a mouthful, isn't it? Surprisingly, Manganiello wasn't always in tip-top shape. He's naturally on the tall and lanky side.
He reveals, "Anybody can pick up a weight and do a weight-lifting movement. It's easy. The physical isn't really what it's about — it's the mental side that holds people back from achieving their goals."
That's a mantra he's lived by and it's gotten him the body he's always wanted.
