Actor Gushes On Catching Fire Co-Star
Liam Hemsworth says he's feeling great after breaking up with Miley Cyrus and has highly praised Jennifer Lawrence for keeping him in a good place.
While Liam Hemsworth hasn't opened up about his breakup with Miley Cyrus in detail, he said he's much happier now that they've split. He's also been saying lots of nice things about his Catching Fire co-star, Jennifer Lawrence, hinting he may have a little crush.
The Australian actor briefly addressed the end to his 16-month relationship with Cyrus, saying he's "more centered and grounded" than ever before.
"What I always keep in mind is that I know what the truth is and that's all that matters," Hemsworth told People magazine. "I know I'm a good person."
The 23-year-old hunk added that Lawrence was the one to thank for putting him in a good place while the two spent time together filming the Hunger Games movies.
"For a few years I went down a path where I forgot to be in the moment and enjoy the moment," he revealed. "But being around someone like Jen, who is so honest and laughs all day long, I am forced to be in the right now. I'm much happier."
Additionally, Hemsworth had more awesome things to say about Lawrence when he stopped by the Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Tuesday.
"She's obviously one of the best actresses I've ever worked with. She's incredible on set," the actor gushed to Leno. "She's an absolute maniac in the best way possible."
Hemsworth continued, saying that the 23-year-old Oscar-winning actress has "no filter" and "says whatever she wants" all the time. "When she's that unfiltered, everyone else becomes that unfiltered," he said.
"Like right before action — literally a second before action — she'll turn to me and ask me if I have sex with kangaroos or anything like that. It's those kind of questions nonstop all day long."
If Hemsworth doesn't have a crush on Lawrence, he's definitely quite taken with her. Maybe this is the next couple alert to be looking out for!
