"I Think It's Going To Be A Fun Season"

Derek Hough has danced his way into Emmy Award-winning history and revealed who he'd most like to dance with in future seasons of the hit show Dancing with the Stars.

Dancing with the Stars has already enjoyed massive success and is already on Season 17! So what can we expect from this season of the hit show?

SheKnows caught up with Derek Hough on the Emmys red carpet to find out.

Hough, who holds the title of World Champion for Under 21 Latin American dance, can now add Emmy Award-winning choreographer to his list of accolades.

The dancing superstar, who also choreographed a number for the Emmys, revealed that he's very excited for the new season. "It's going to have some challenges, but it's fun. Amber is a great partner. She has a great personality, great performance and charisma so I think it's going to be a fun season."

So who does the superstar believe his biggest competitor of the season to be? "I don't know yet," Hough said. "Everybody's got their own thing and it's like and you never really know."

"You think, oh that might be good, and then the next week you just don't know. And with this group you really don't because certain people will excel at certain dances and it's going to be very dynamic."

Dynamic and talented are certainly qualities that the 28-year-old dancer has. So who was he rooting for at the Emmys last night?

"I love Breaking Bad, I love Game of Thrones. I love Game of Thrones and I don't know how it happened, but I was rehearsing today in there and I was sandwiched between Breaking Bad and Game Of Thrones."

So from his two favorite shows, who would Hough most like to be his dancing partner in the new Dancing with the Stars season?

Hough said, "Is it OK if I don't know her real name? Khaleesi [referring to Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen, whose title is khaleesi) in Game of Thrones]."
