Polina Polonsky, an attorney who first met Lamar Odom at the Roosevelt Hotel and became his supposed mistress, revealed that she saw the troubled NBA player smoke crack in her presence.
These claims surfaced when Polonsky told TMZ that she had a relationship with Odom after he got kicked out of the house by his wife Khloé Kardashian back in May.
"I did see it," Polonsky said when asked if she had witnessed Odom smoking crack. "He was a little paranoid, I found little wads of paper towels in pretty much every hole or crevice in my apartment after he had left." She added that the basketballer allegedly took the battery out of his cell phone because he feared he was being followed by a GPS device.
Apparently, Odom lived with Polonsky for a while before he returned home to his wife reportedly to seek help for his drug problems. The woman says she saw Odom smoking crack as early as two or three months ago when he was residing with her.
Additionally, Polonsky is also saying that Odom's situation seems to be getting worse than when he was with her. "I can't imagine that anything is as bad as it is now," she continued. "He looks like he's lost at least 20 to 30 pounds since he left my place."
According to Polonsky, Odom also did other drugs while he shacked up at her apartment, but he wasn't as out of control as he is now. She also claims that Kardashian barged into her home in July to get Odom out of there upon learning of his whereabouts.
A short time after Odom was retrieved from her apartment, Polonsky received a text that called her a "groupie, junkie... crack head," which she believes came from Kardashian and not her husband.
Meanwhile, earlier reports claim that Odom went to rehab, but was there only for a day, and that he went missing after that. A source for TMZ is claiming that his crack problem is so bad, even his dealer has cut him off, saying that "last week, Lamar was insatiable... calling incessantly and demanding more and more crack."
TMZ has also obtained photos of Odom as he wandered the streets and visited a sushi restaurant after midnight on Monday. Later on, he strolled into a convenience store where he got a banana before returning home. But, he left the house again around 3:00 a.m., got into someone's car and did not return until after 6:00 a.m.
