The Queen Latifah Show is on soon!

Queen Latifah is set to become a daytime goddess with her new talk show, debuting in September. However, the rapper revealed to SheKnows that she's already a domestic goddess.

We've come to know a lot of things about Queen Latifah over the years, like that she's a fabulous actress, rapper and singer. But we had to know: What's the one thing we'd be surprised to learn about her?

"I'm extremely well domesticated," Latifah told SheKnows. "I'm a championship ironer. I can iron shirts so crisp… That's what happens when you go to Catholic school from third to eighth grade."

Actually, we're not surprised at all! She's built a career on doing the unexpected — including her latest venture, a new daytime talk show. The show — aptly titled The Queen Latifah Show — is set to debut on CBS Sept. 16 with a guest list that includes A-listers like Jake Gyllenhaal, Sharon Stone, John Travolta, Jamie Foxx and her show co-producers, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.

"I cannot think of a more talented and fun group of people to share the stage with in celebration of the launch of my new show," Latifah told the Hollywood Reporter of her new launch. "I am honored to have the support of so many longtime friends and colleagues as I begin this journey, and I look forward to sharing this experience with all of them and with the many new friends I will make along the way."

The New Jersey native will also put her own little spin on daytime television by bringing on comedians and musical guests, including old friend Jay Z.

"He's going to come on," she told THR last year. "I've known Jay Z 20 years. I've watched his evolution and he's watched mine. We're all proud of each other."
