She's Prioritizing Her Health

Christina Aguilera is returning to The Voice for Season 5 with a vengeance. She's fit, toned and ready to tackle another season of the competition show.

She may have taken a season off from coaching on NBC's The Voice, but Christina Aguilera proved she's coming back fitter than ever for Season 5. At the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour on Saturday, the singer showed up on the red carpet looking smoking hot.

Aguilera was there to promote her return to the vocal competition show, and all eyes were on the Grammy winner in a flirty pink dress accessorized with nude heels. She looked confident, tanned and happy while posing for photographers at the event.

The former Mickey Mouse Club star has been working hard at her fitness level all year. She showcased her toned body at an event in March. It looks like she stepped up her exercise and nutrition regimen another notch for her new summer look.

While Aguilera has been criticized in the media for her fluctuating weight over the years, it hasn't bothered The Voice star too much. Her attitude is refreshing in Hollywood where there is an overemphasis on body image for women.

Adam Levine defends Christina Aguilera against haters >>

She told People in October 2012, "I've always been one to make it very clear, love me or hate me, take it or leave it, this is who I am. I embrace my body, and I embrace everything about myself."

The one thing that has changed is Aguilera is apparently putting her own health first.

A source told E! News, "[She's] making herself a priority, trying new exercises and trying things she loves and enjoys rather than stuff to just 'lose weight.' This is really from the inside out."

That prioritizing really showed on the red carpet. It's good to Xtina looking so happy and healthy.
