It's official!

No, really — we mean it this time.

Well, now it's really official. After reporting on Monday that Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger were planning to be Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger married in Francemarried on Canada Day in Cannes, France, it looks like they've finally done it.

Us magazine reports that the couple officially became husband and wife after marrying in a wedding ceremony in the South of France on Monday, July 1. The couple reportedly exchanged vows in front of approximately 50 guests at Le Château de La Napoule in Mandelieu, France (near Cannes).

Reportedly the two followed up their vows with a dinner and what sources are calling a "wild" reception that lasted until 6 a.m.

"Yes, they're married," one insider confirmed to Us. A second source added: "It was a wild, all-night party with drinking, dancing, incredible food and lots of laughter and tears of happiness."

There was a lot of confusion surrounding the wedding, thanks to the couple's multiple-day celebration. Tweets from close friends of the couple suggested that they had wed on June 29, but it turned out that they were just getting the nuptial celebration started with a warm-up party.

Partygoers reveal that the party included a fireworks display over the Mediterranean at 11:30 p.m.

"Avril and Chad had glasses of wine in their hands and were kissing as fireworks popped overhead and sparkled down," one guest said. "It was a magical moment and everyone was overwhelmed!"

When two people involved in the music business tie the knot, you can bet that music would play a big role in the party as well. The list of tracks from the celebration reportedly included everything from songs like Bruno Mars' "Marry You" to "Sweet Home Alabama."

"It was a truly amazing wedding, absolutely magical," a source reported.
