Positive Messages Or A Sad Testimony?
Amanda Bynes goes on about the benefits of plastic surgery in her latest Twitter rant, but could those positive messages hide a sad secret?
Amanda Bynes is very happy with her plastic surgery and thinks everyone should get it to make themselves happy. Well, at least that's the message we're getting from her latest round of tweets. Recently, Bynes sent out a number of tweets to her followers saying that she was getting plastic surgery to correct a "birth defect," but with her "ugly" tirades against people like Rihanna, Courtney Love and Cher, we think there's a lot more to it than that.
Here's what Bynes had to say on Twitter:
"I'm in between nose surgeries! My eyes are black and blue because my nose is broken! I can't wait for my nose to be done! I'll share pics!:)
I can't wait for my surgeries so I can start taking pictures!
I was born with a webbing in between my eyes. That was a birth defect that I had surgically removed! I've never been more excited! Now I need a few more surgeries to shave the bridge down to correct the rest of my nose so I can start the next chapter of my career! Music!
I wanted to share my story with you so the media would stop using old photos of me and stop writing lies about me having odd behavior when I was just embarrassed to share the fact that I had a birth defect. As soon as I had it removed I couldn't wait to talk about it!
I'm having my next surgery on Saturday!
My doctors are heroes who also correct kids who have cleft lip - something as traumatic as webbing in between your eyes!
I wanted to share my story with you to prove that I'm not crazy, I was just embarrassed. Surgery is a complete miracle for me - nothing can hold you back from living out your dreams. There's a surgery for everything that's wrong with you!"
Taken on their own, it would seem that Bynes is simply advocating that people do whatever it takes to feel better about themselves, which would be a great message. But when you look at other recent tweets, the message becomes a bit more sinister.
Just a day before the tweets above, Bynes also said:
"If you're not hot I don't value your opinion. Stop trying to force me to listen if I show no interest.
It doesn't matter if you feel sexy if you don't look sexy.
I don't care what you say about me if I don't find you physically attractive."
With comments like that it's no wonder Bynes is running around getting as much plastic surgery as she can. Apparently she thinks that only people who are attractive deserve any respect in the world. Talk about a sad way to live your life.
