Days of Our Lives' bad girl

SheKnows had a ball at the 2013 Daytime Emmy Awards. The stars were out in full force, including Days of Our Lives' Arianne Zucker. The nominee dished on her latest storyline and imminent love triangle.

Sunday night, SheKnows was on the red carpet at the 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards. While there, we spoke to the biggest stars in soaps, including the evening's nominees. This year, we talked to Days of Our Lives' Arianne Zucker, who plays reformed bad girl (we use the word "reformed" loosely) Nicole Walker.

We used our time wisely and pumped the actress for info about her character. Nicole is currently finding solace in the arms of former flame Brady Black. He's still raw from his break-up with Kristen DiMera, and she's trying to suppress her feelings for Father Eric.

"I think you can expect a little brotherly issue [Brady and Eric are stepbrothers]. Somehow Brady and Nicole always seem to find their way back to each other," Zucker reveals.

The actress has a hard time choosing which man is best for Nicole. "Anybody who will love her," she says. "That poor girl. She's so in love with love. That's her problem."

Zucker was nominated for Best Supporting Actress and faced some stiff competition. The nominees were Julie Marie Berman (General Hospital), Jessica Collins (The Young and the Restless) Melissa Claire Egan (The Young & the Restless) and Katherine Kelly Lang (The Bold and the Beautiful).

Unfortunately, Zucker didn't win and the award went to Berman for her role as Lesley Lu Spencer Falconeri on GH. But don't be too sad for her — Zucker had a positive outlook on the whole thing.
