Most humans are 50% water, but I'm relatively certain I'm 50% sugar.
I have an obsession with from-scratch desserts. Exploring and experimenting with different ways to transform sugar into something amazing is my favorite way to spend my time. Photographing the results and sharing them with others makes my heart tingle—and that's not an exaggeration. On top of that, I use my blog to overshare about my (usually awkard) life, and hopefully make some people laugh. If you aren't laughing, you're not doing it right.
