Nicole Torsella Harris owns and operates the Philadelphia franchise of Mom Corps, Inc. after spending many years working in executive recruiting. Mom Corps is the national staffing organization working to find jobs for people looking for flexibility and finding corporations’ great on-demand talent.
Prior to Mom Corps, Nicole spent nine years with Diversified Search, the national retained executive search firm, first as a Senior Associate and then Vice President. She joined Diversified, the national retained executive search firm, in 2000 and served as a recruitment specialist for a broad range of clients including those in life sciences, financial services, not-for-profit, university, private equity, manufacturing and the healthcare sectors.
Through the execution of a thorough process of selection, recruitment and screening of senior-level executives, she completed more than 120 highly complex search assignments. Nicole was an active member of the Diversified Search Associate Group and the firm’s Marketing Committee. She also was involved in the orientation and training of all new Diversified Associates.
Prior to joining Diversified Search, Nicole spent seven years in non-profit management. She co-founded and managed two non-profit organizations – PHILADELPHIA READS and Focus Philadelphia. Her early career includes six years of law school employer recruiting experience including time as the Assistant Director of the Boston University and University of Pennsylvania Law Schools. She has a B.S. in sociology from Boston University.
Nicole lives in Philadelphia with her husband Michael, three young children and their dog Lucy.
