Kia Ora, Gidday!
Nicole was born in the land of the long white cloud, more commonly - New Zealand.
A child of the 70's, the adventures of Wonder Woman were a weekly television highlight in the Webb household.
At the ripe old age of sweet 16 she was dragged kicking and screaming Lynda Carter style across the Tasman to a country where sunshine, mateship and opportunity reigned supreme, Australia.
Dreaming the impossible dream, Nicole never looked back.
Like many a teenage girl she secretly craved the bright lights of Hollywood but unable to sing, dance or act even remotely - set her sights on becoming a television news reader.
A seemingly ambitious goal to many, she persevered with gritty determination and after traveling half way round the country and back, eventually realized her dream as a journalist and found herself at Sky News Australia as a producer, reporter and news presenter for the best part of decade.
Meeting her husband James on a blind date (that she swore was her last) the Gods heard and the couple married 18 months later.
In 2010 the call to Hong Kong's W Hotel came. James and Nicole (plus surprise bump) took a leap of faith and and a whole lot of deep breaths to up stumps and relocate to Asia's world city!
Four years on Nicole and James had happily made this colorful and crazy city their home...that was until the next post came calling! Xi'an! In deep, dark China!!
A fascinating time to be in the Motherland, Nicole is facing the challenges head on for the adventure of a lifetime with four year old hyped-up, blondie Ava.
Nicole works as a freelance journalist, writer, media trainer, presenter and Master of Ceremonies not to mention her greatest thrill, her blog - Mint Mocha Musings.
A year ago she started her blog: Mint Mocha Musings - The hotelier's wife: an expat affair - and is loving every minute.
