Cindy is a blogger, writer, artist and creative spirit. She is also trained as a life coach. The one constant in her life is her connection to her creativity. It has showed up in a variety of ways and will continue to unfold.
Her latest project is blogging her journey to vitality, health and self-acceptance called Body Belief. This year she is being her own Guinea pig, exploring the program she has developed.
In 2001 Cindy lost over 160 pounds and managed to keep it off for over 5 years. But during that time she never changed her thinking - still seeing herself as fat and never satisfied with herself - physically, emotionally or internally. This belief system became a self fulfilling prophecy and she has now gained back over 100 pounds. The program she is developing encompasses her experiences through the many trials of her lifetime preoccupation with the diet game and her education and practice as a life coach. Body Belief is a new paradigm in body image, weight loss and, most importantly, the inner connection. It is about changing beliefs, behaviors and habits and learning to connect with the powerful body wisdom we all possess.
