Cathy is an enthusiastic early bird. Her professional roots as a writer and spokesperson span corporate communications, public relations, broadcast journalism and performing arts. She’s a storyteller—the one who finds the words and ways to make stories known and memorable. Cathy has worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands—as well as up-and-coming entrepreneurs with big ideas. She’s a fitness fanatic and proud of her ballet dancer roots. And she is mom to three young girls who don’t necessarily share her early bird spirit, every morning. But that’s okay. Cathy didn’t fully embrace early bird living until her mid-twenties, following in the footsteps of her Dad, graphic designer Dick DeRonne, who created the 25 Hours logo—and continues to wake up early, without an alarm clock. Since embracing her early bird wings, Cathy has been inspired by others who do the same. Now, Cathy is sharing her golden rule for well-being with the launch of 25 Hours, the Premier Place for Early Bird Living. Cathy loves starting her day before most of the rest of the world stirs and hopes you will, too.
