Born and raised in Lambeth, South London, I am a freelance personal trainer, author (of the '14 DAY PALEO MEAL PLAN'), journalist and columnist with a passion for fashion and life!
Years of working within the fitness, modelling and dance industry has enabled me to gain ample knowledge and experience to be able to share with others.
With my unique style and relaxed attitude - which my audience find so endearing - I am able to discuss and inform others about my favourite topics through several social media outlets.
As well as being an avid fitness fanatic for over two decades, I have been a fully qualified REP's Level 3 personal trainer for over ten years.
Not only do I have a vast knowledge of all things pertaining to health and fitness but I also extensive experience, having worked in several fitness establishments (the first being the House of Parliament's in-house gym), as well as trained several high profile clients.
My years spent within the modelling and dance industry has also provided me with knowledge of fashion, beauty and skincare which I regularly share and pass on to others through such outlets as my blog, Huffington Post and my published books.
With a lot more plans already in the pipeline, I intend to continue to write about, and share my interests with others, whilst continuing to "live life and love it!"
