PJ, a personal trainer, grew up as an overweight child and then struggled with bulimia as a teen. In her early 20’s she went back to school to learn how to be healthy, not skinny. Over 20 years later she is one of the most sought-after trainers in the Delta area and has her own TV fitness show and newspaper column.
Risse, a nutritionist and recipe developer, changed her life around when she had children. Knowing that she didn’t want her kids to grow up with body image problems, be overweight like she was as a teenager, or eat foods that weren’t good for them, she went back to school to educate herself in holistic nutrition
