Since 2010, I have used food alternatives, vegan, plant based and non-dairy to change my health and my life. Now I try to give back by sharing what I've learned with other folks to try and build a base of healthy food alternative sharing. I love seeing new pics on Pinterest and Facebook from friends sharing and learning about healthy living. It's a new world for me that is filled with fun and pride in what I share and learn with others.
