Key Ingredients represents the things in life that make me happy. Although I mostly blog about food I will occasionally write about some of my other loves such as family, fitness, books, and traveling. For me these are some of the key ingredients to living a positive and healthy lifestyle. I have a serious love for food and my hope is to one day complete a cookbook that has been a work in progress for several years now. This blog was started to share the journey and motivate me along the way. I love fitness and my favorite activities for staying in shape are running and yoga.
I live in NC with my husband our two dogs Emma and Abby and we are currently expecting our first child in early April.
