Why keep your entire insert? I know that we don’t all need every coupon in each insert, but you never know when you may need it as filler. If there’s a sale on an item that says buy this and get that free if you can use an item to get the first item free then you’ve just gotten both items free. If you can’t use one of the items donate it. I keep a box in my pantry just for donates if I feel I have too many cans or receive an item I don’t’ need then I place it in the box and donate it. You can donate glucose monitors to retirement centers; non-perishables to food banks, soup kitchens, toys to shelters or pet food to animal shelter.
Remember you don’t have to keep them forever or clip each one just clip as you need them when they expire donate them to military families overseas, visit the couponing for charity page for details. The file method of organization works best when keeping your entire insert just place the complete insert into a file and remember to date the front or your insert.
One of the best reasons to keep every coupon is a coupon swap. If you start a swap you can always find a friend who may need it and a swap benefits both of you. Not part of a swap start one they help everyone involved. Last year my coupon swap donated over 100 pounds of food to our local food bank just before Thanksgiving so get started hereyou never know who can benefit from it.To visit these pages and find more tips and coupon matchups at www.where2save.com
