Now that we have broke the news to the boys about the Baby, L has decided that he wants to call me pregnant girl, not "the pregnant girl", just pregnant girl.
Morning sickness came and went, I am hoping it has showed the last of it's ugly head. The chances of this actually happening are pretty slim, considering I am only 7 weeks along.
Children never cease to amaze me with how unbelievably honest they are, never lacking in making a quick assumption and stating their minds. Morning sickness is a strange concept for a 3 year old and 6 year old to grasp. So far I have had the pleasure of only getting sick with them present. On the way to work with hubs one day, kids in tow headed to summer camp and daycare, I was overcome with a horrible bout of it. Hubs pulled the truck over as I heaved out of my door, with commentary from L & T in the back seat. "REALLY Momo?!" T asked sarcastically, while L added in "EWWWW"! Similar to the experience I had yesterday morning, rushing to the bathroom, I was followed by two curious boys... "Babies make you throw up a lot huh!?" and "She's doing it again! Listen!"
Aside from the morning sickness every now and then everything seems to be going great with Baby. Heart beat is a whopping 168 bpm, and I am 7 weeks 3 days as of today. Doctor B. says I am measuring great and that the baby is healthy and everything is coming along nicely.
