So I weighed myself today, a day early I know, but I had to see if what I was doing was working, and shockingly I am down to 220lbs, and that was with jeans on! I realizze this is not much and that the beginning water weight comes off "easy", but I am quite happy at my little 3lbs.
What have I done differently this week. First, no sweet snacks, no candy, no eating for the sake of eating. I only ate my prescribed points and horror of horrors, I wasn't really any hungrier than usual. That says to me that I was way overeating, eating because it tasted good or even out of boredom. And it says I need a hobby, eating from boredom is no good. Second, I actually exercised 3 times this week. I went to Curves after work 3 times this week, and I need to keep it up, I was slightly sore, but it was a good kinda sore.
Well I am proud of me, and I really want to keep this up. I did make some good food this week, but it was not really photo ready, i.e. tasted good, looked odd. But I will post some receipes in the coming weeks.
