For someone like me, the hardest part of my body to shape up is my abs. There is no old school sit ups any more. Now there are moves that can tone all parts of the belly. The thing is, all the ab exercises in the world won't help you with out some cardio a couple of times a week. And then you have to watch your diet carefully and cut back some on eating salty foods.I might have to cut back on drinks too. I had all my children via C-section so I'll have to settle for what I can get. My stomach is always going to have a little pooch no matter what I do.As long as the pooch does not get too big then I guess It won't kill me. I have the moves, ( guess from where)all I need to do is work on it. I don't need to lose a lot of weight, I need to tone up some areas on my body. At least it's not Summer yet.! It's work hard or go home for me!
