I've been thinking a lot about the importance of mindset lately, because that is what sets us up to take action, striving for new endeavors, to challenge ourselves and to do things we had previously avoided. As we stretch ourselves, we feel an energy shift and our vibration rises. We get people’s attention. We take action and have confidence and determination--and that's, well, very client attractive.
We get to shake the "junk" out of our minds, focus and set priorities. That junk, by the way, usually doesn't even serve us.
The thing is, many of us know the "what," but we have no idea how to implement the "how" and even the "why." We live inside our own heads and don't pay attention to those little internal messages, brilliant information we get from our bodies.
Two weeks ago, I attended a fabulous 2-day workshop called "Success from Within" by Robert Notter Coaching. It was content-rich and the room was full of interesting people who nourished each other's spirits. And it was a fun learning experience and held in my favorite part of town—NYC’s Rockefeller Center, which also fed my soul.
Best thing of all? Since then, I’ve been so productive and creative—and that’s always good for business!
