For many years I've done 'keep, start and stop' - it makes it easier to only have to track 3:

  • Keep: my balanced and healthy lifestyle of good nutrition, yoga and challenging work
  • Start: going after work I want, being more targeted about the challenges I want to take on
  • Stop: filling up my time with non-essential events and meetings

– Beth Temple, Digital Pioneer @bethtemple4u
