Another Nuptial Talk on Thursday is upon us, and today I am going to talk about Wedding Dress Inspiration. As of right now I am on a mission to lose the weight I'd like to before going dress shopping, the weight I'd like to get rid of (not lose it because I never want to find it again), is around 60lbs. The 60lbs is completely feasible by the time I need to find/purchase my wedding dress. I will most likely start dress "shopping" (most likely just looking) at the end of this year, and the beginning of 2015 I'll be getting serious about looking and purchasing a dress by June the latest. I am hoping I find something I just LOVE, and do the whole "OMG I'm getting MARRIED" thing.
Anyways, I have been scouring pinterest (cause that's the "IN" thing to do), for some inspiration or to see what I "could" possibly like for me on my wedding day.
Here's what I DO know what I'd want for my wedding dress:
Lace- it's LIGHT, good for a sweaty bride (me), and for a summer wedding
Little bling- I will be wearing my mother's pearls as my something borrowed so bling and pearls, don't mix.
Strapless- I love strapless, I have a long neck (I know it's weird), and I just like how they look on me
Sweetheart Neckline/Straight- I just like how it is, obviously it goes with strapless want.
Pearls- maybe? I am not sure on this one yet
Here are some pictures that I found via pinterest that I really like:
I LOVE the lace, it's not "too" feminine for my taste, and it's a drop waist, so it'll make me look taller.
This also pretty, it's a drop waist, and JUST enough bling to have.... "bling" LOL
Alright this is pretty, BUT I don't think I like how "short" the top part is. I like that it's PLAIN but it could be too plain. I'm not sure.
Alright, besides the top being a little bit too flashy (I am getting married IN a church so showing the boobs would be BAD).
I like that the top is "busy" and the bottom is plain. It may be a little too poofy/cinderella-ish.
Any wedding dress advice to give me? I am at a lost besides my little list.
