Day 4 of a Clutter Free Home
Streamline your meal prep time by organizing your space. I know in the past I’ve posted about kitchen organization well for a couponer kitchen organization is key to the way we shop and spend. If we are not organized in the kitchen we tend to over spend and under use what we have.

What good is a stock pile if you can’t use it or know what you have and if you don’t organize it you can damage or not use it before it expires.

Step one purge your pantry. Throw away anything that has expired. Toss canned goods unopened cereal and rice after one year and peanut butter after six months, pasta is tossed after two years, but pay close attention to it not all pastas are alike and they can expire sooner. For more information on food expiration and storage check out www.stilltasty.com

Now that you have thrown out expired products it’s time to take inventory check out our inventory list on the download page it helps. Now that you know what and how much you have decided if you really need that much and donate if you don’t really if you have 50 cans of corn I think you can probably donate 20 or so to your local food bank . Check out our couponing for charity page to find a food bank near you.
