Adinkra symbol Akoma

Akoma is the beautiful Adinkra symbol that represents tolerence and patience. As we remember the life and work of Dr Martin Luther King I feel we each need to consider our contributions to the world in the are of AKOMA.  I believe Dr King would ask each of us  to reach out just a little further and increase the sphere of Akoma shown to others.  In this modern era of amazing communication, we all have an opportunity to use many more tools to extend the ideas of tolerece and patience in the world.

So take a minute out today to think about how you can reach out with Akoma!

I would love to hear how you are extending the dream Dr. King gave to all of us....

Peace and tolerence  in the world!
