Upon further delving into the heated topic of processed foods, it really is like opening the Pandora Box of food mysteries. One article refers to another, one author talks about another and then there is the food industry insider who delves into the reasons why these foods are experimental and of unknown origin -- at least an origin that is not from mother nature. And those that do know the truths about these foods -- do they give their own children and loved ones a bite of the "poisonous apple?" A couple of days ago I posted an alarming article from the New York Times about the science of addictive foods and it seems to have "metastasized" into something much larger. How dangerous are these foods to us as a people and the environment? What are your thoughts on this very controversial topic?
