NOTE TO SELF

There have been plenty of times where I wanted to give up, throw in the towel and just run away from my problems.  I have cried, battled with self-esteem and a lack of ambition and motivation.  Oftentimes we don’t realize that we already have what we need inside of us to get things done.  It’s up to YOU to realize it. Giving up is one of the easiest things to do.  When you have the true strength to hold on, that’s when the faith begins to push through.  If you are having trouble figuring out your problem, question or situation, the best thing is to write it down. –—-“take note”

Taking note and writing things down allows you better organize your thoughts.  If they are simply “thoughts in your head” it is easy to forget or become lost in translation.  Seeing a clear written sample of what you want to achieve will be a benefit to yourself and others that you are trying to reach.  Always “take note”, wait a while before you respond to your situation/problem and you may be surprised.
