Must-Follow Mondays: Halloween Bloggers

What do we maybe love even more than Halloween itself? All the bloggers whom the holiday inspires to haunted heights of décor, costumes (both creepy and cute), goodies, party ideas and oh, so many crafts. Here, the six blogs we're looking at for inspiration this All Hallows' Eve.

Alisa Burke

Alisa’s pumpkins are the most beautiful pumpkins in the world. They’re the kind of pumpkins you’ll want to create yourself and leave on display 'til Valentine’s Day. You have to see them to believe them, so go look.

Not Your Momma's Cookie

The ever-clever Jennifer is being low-key this year because she's about to have a baby (congrats!), but she's posted a roundup of her Halloween faves from years past, and it's a fantastic showcase of her offbeat brilliance. Psycho drain cookies and candy apple razor blade cupcakes? Evil genius. And if you're planning to rock a Walter White costume this year, check out her Breaking Bad meth cupcake recipe.)

Radical Possibility

Looking for a smart, last-minute Halloween costume? Radical Possibility has done the brainstorming for you. Her mood boards include do-able ideas for everything from Ghost World to Ferris Bueller (along with Cameron and Sloane) to Lydia of Beetlejuice (which would play off awesomely against all those Robin Thicke costumes you know you'll see).

Today's Creative Blog

Where to start? Kim's blog is bursting with ideas for a crafty Halloween. Check out her adorable printables, boo boxes, centerpieces, and glam wall decor.

Smashed Peas and Carrots

Bento boxes are adorable any time of year, but Smashed Peas and Carrots has made them positively boo-tiful with pumpkin-shaped cheese and ghost sandwiches. Don't miss the adorable spooky snow globes tutorial and the tissue paper pumpkins.

Jade's blog, Jaderbomb, is all about glitter and crafts that even the least crafty of us can have success with. Check out her rainbow pumpkins, glitter spiders, and every spooky thing in between – you’re sure to find something ghoulishly fun to create for Halloween.
