Managing Anxiety by Self-Soothing

It started when my alarm clock went off this morning–stomach churning, head crushing, gut wrenching anxiety. Why? Because I knew it was time to get up and get ready for work. My work situation is extraordinarily unpleasant and stressful, but I need to stick it out at least for another month or two.
