LAST CALL: Ask Candidates Your Questions!

For part of our omni-partisan midterm election coverage, we have been reaching out to some of the major campaigns and political organizations looking for women candidates who are interested in answering BlogHer community questions in the final days of the campaign, and we're happy to report that we now have candidates who will be participating.

As with Carly Fiorina, who answered our questions in a phone interview, and Kirsten Gillibrand, who met with us in person, these candidates will answer questions we collect here at, via Twitter and Facebook.

We're excited that the following candidates have accepted our invitation for interviews:

Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan speaks during the 2010 Jefferson-Jackson Dinner in St. Louis on March 19, 2010. The Jefferson-Jackson Dinner brings the state's democratic party together for a night of speeches by state-wide elected officials. Carnahan is running against Rep. Roy Blunt for the Senate seat that will be vacated by Sen. Kit Bond. UPI/Bill Greenblatt Photo via Newscom

We will continue to add candidates to the list if they respond to our inquiries or reach out to us. (Any other candidates/campaigns wishing to participate can contact me, sarah.granger[at]blogher[dot]com.) We also want to thank the Women's Campaign Forum, a nonpartisan political organization, for their help in reaching out to the campaigns.

These candidates will respond to blogger questions as soon as we provide to them, so please pose your questions in the comments area below. If your question is specific to one candidate in particular, please direct it to her first name. If it is a general question, please note "general question." As with the interview with Ms. Fiorina, the ground rules are simple: provide a neutral question that's not leading or defamatory, and ideally that deals with a particular issue of concern in the race.
