My first 2 weeks of being healthy have been a huge success. I have gone to the gym 11 out of 14 days and have also managed to carefully choose my meals (at home and work) much more wisely.
It's not easy when you have lunch appointments with clients and have to be smart about your menu choices while you want your client/to go for it and have anything they want off the menu. Dinners have been much easier for me and I have made an asserted effort to add green to my plate! Not to mention, no second helpings...
The gym has been wonderful and I'm really getting into it. Going right after work is best for me and I have gotten into a routine of 35 minutes on the bike 15-20 minutes on the treadmill and then switching off between the weight machines and doing laps in the pool. This week I am going to try the classes they offer...first up is Yoga!
