I love being a Mom.

Nikki and Quinn when she doesn't call or text I worry.  She's turning 29 in December.  Where did those years go? She is now a lovely young mom herself, I can hardly believe how fast my kids childhoods flew by.

Now I'm watching time fly with her son, my first grandchild.  I think I am more aware of how fast my life is passing now that I've hit 50 something.  I don't remember feeling that time was going fast when my children were little.  Back then it seemed like forever until bedtime each day!

Being a mom is never ending, despite the pull away period when they are establishing their own identity in life. So parents of teens listen up, they come back.  And all of a sudden you go from being the dumbest person in their lives to the cherished parent.

I'm loving being a mom.  Totally :)
