The past few weeks I've covered some topics that I really felt were important to those of you who are dating or in a relationship. Now that I’ve gotten all of the dating stuff out of the way, I want to start talking about you again.
After all, my purpose is to help you become the woman you were meant to be and let go of everything that has truly damaged you. That’s why I wanted to talk about letting go of guilt.
I’m tempted to say that we all walk around carrying a load of guilt and shame inside of us. It really holds some of us back and haunts some of us all of the time. We all have to let go of guilt at some point. It leaves the attention on us by creating self-pity. It keeps us focused on or past mistakes and it also keeps us from moving on and living a better life.
In today's video, I'll cover the reasons why we have guilt inside, what it does to you, and what you can do to let go of guilt.
I realize that letting go of guilt is not an easy task. You wont just wake up tomorrow and feel brand new again. You are a work in progress and this is just the first step to help you out. Keep what I say in mind as you start your path to letting go of guilt.
