That age old relationship question...should you (can you???) be friends with an ex after you break up?

Well, it's your lucky day because I asked some very reliable sources and have the answer!

Simon says "no", Magic 8 Ball says "all signs point to no", and mama (me) says "hells no."

I once tried to be friends with an ex, several years after our relationship ended, but when he started going on and on about what a mistake he made (duh) and how much he still loved me (obvs) and how I am basically the most amazing woman on the face of the earth (tell me something I don't know) I had to S that D, Liz Lemon style.

I really do believe that there are people you meet in your life that you are not meant to ever talk to again. They were there for that time, they probably changed you in some way, and that was all that was ever about.

Especially the assholes.
