The Smart Girl's Guide to Privacy by Violet Blue is a book every woman online should read. The book describes the consequences when the wrong people gain access to your personal data, and it describes many ways to protect your data and yourself. The book also explains what you should do if you become a victim of identity theft, revenge porn, or other forms of harassment.

Just because we are bloggers and have public profiles on social media does not mean we have forfeited our rights to privacy. We all have our own boundaries. This book teaches how to protect those boundaries. It is short (an estimated 133 ebook pages) and written to be accessible to people of all levels of technical skills.
