Jennster from jennster's blog just published her first young adult novel. In Dreams follows the story of Katherine Johns and Taylor Dailey. When Katherine starts dreaming about a boy she doesn't know, her best friend Taylor is determined to find him. Convinced he must exist, Taylor is relentless, until she finds out exactly who the dream guy really is.

Pamela Hilliard Owens from The DSpot Redeux, and CEO/Head Writer and Editor of Writing It Right For You, was recently honored to be included in the 2011 5th Edition of Who's Who in Black Detroit for her writing and publishing work locally, nationally, and globally.

Christina McMenemy of A Mommy Story was interviewed for an article on CNN regarding a study that said that moms are looking to their teens for their own fashion. She was asked about an incident she had when shopping in the juniors department of a store, and if it was okay for older women to shop for clothing in a store or area designed for a younger audience.

Florinda Pendley Vasquez from The 3 R's Blog: Reading, 'Riting, and Randomness had her recommendations for great late-season "beach reads" posted in CBS Los Angeles' Best of LA section on August 17, in her first (and hopefully, first of many) post for the site. And as of July 2011, she has a freelance gig reviewing books twice a month for the online/e-mail newsletter Shelf Awareness for Readers.
