 Affirmations are such a wonderful, quick way to improve our thinking and direct us toward the positive.

Here are some affirmations you can use today!

  •  I am at peace with who I am
  • My life is filled with compassion
  • I have room for expansion
  • Its fun to learn new things
  • I am extending my abilities
  • My voice is heard
  • I hear with love
  • There is enough

Use these affirmations throughout the day, anytime you're thoughts are directed toward the negative. Post them on your mirror, take them with you as index card, or hang them somewhere you frequently pass through.
