Adm. McRaven's morale-boosting speech

 Adm. Mcraven

Nautical Admiral William H. McRaven had delivered a memorable and great speech to everyone especially for those going to military service. He purposely uttered the word of self-esteem, modesty, perseverance, devotion and discipline that will guide us to build new generations to come in our lives. Young men and women should read and inculcate in their mind and heart the good ideas that will encourage them to face life’s trials and challenges. His words encourage young individuals to become good leaders because  he did great job during his time of services.

The poignant speech of Admiral Mcraven was the best and most astonishing statement I ever heard. I was so grateful uupon reading his good advices and tips in life. I’m sure that during his speech t in University in Texas, the students, parents, faculty members and all of the people that were there , lend their eyes and ears on him.

Life is so hard but it is simple; if you have to commit and follow his 10 encouraging words. Though you meet several struggles every day in your life, it is a chance for you to grow, to learn and discuss something new, our life is filled with series of challenges. Never give up. Probably there are ups and downs in life, many disappointments to come, but we should not be discouraged because all of these challenges are just trials. Sacrifices in life are also trials and these will lead me to a better person someday. His speech would bring us to better world if we will follow his principles.

The lesson from his speech shared to us a silver tongue, because we learned lot of lessons that will lead us to success and better life.

I don’t know Admiral McRaven personally but I admire him so much because of his philosophy in life.
