I haven't posted any recipes on my blog because I haven't been pleased with my photos. I've had a hard time switching from film to digital. My biggest problem is I'm a technophobe. I'm in the dial-up age still, not the digital age. If I were queen of the world, film and rotary phones would still rule.
Today I took a digital photography lesson. The teacher spent a most of his time teaching me how to use my camera, it was really basic, photography 101 stuff, like how to change the ISO settings...duh.
He did teach me a couple of cool tricks for close up shots; he helped with lighting, selecting the right Fstop and how to utilize my tripod.
He laughed, when I pulled dried fava beans and a Fiestaware bowl out of my bag, "teach me how to make these look appetizing,"
He encouraged me to learn how to tweak shots in Picasa or Photoshop, which I will do, eventually.
