I'm on a scrub and soak making kick lately. I feel like my kitchen has turned into a test kitchen and my hands have never felt softer! I wanted to make a foot soak because my feet are always killing me at the end of the day. I took a few ingredients that I already had and experimented with them. Last night I tested it out - and it was AMAZING. SO now I'm sharing it with you!
I mixed the salt and green tea together first and then added the extract. (I just cut the tea bag open and poured the tea into the salt) At first the tea likes to sink to the bottom underneath the salt, but once I added the peppermint extract, the tea stuck to the salt and it was exactly what I was looking for!
The scent isn't overpowering and my feet felt SO SOFT! I had Shelby feel my feet just to make sure I wasn't going crazy and wishing for a certain result so much that I imagined it!
I only soaked my feet for about 10 minutes, but tonight I'm planning on actually soaking my whole body for a lot longer!
