I have never used a blog before so I am not sure I know what I am doing. My purpose for being on here is to start a Health and Wellness program for me in order to lose weight and be healthier. Any suggestions from anyone will be welcome. I am just short of 5 ft. and weigh 207 lbs. and have FMS. I want to start by using a 1500 calorie diet and start walking.
