Such an interesting question at this juncture. I am currently in the midst of a cleanse (stay tuned for more on that!,) and going through some transitions in our family that are a bit uncomfortable in the moment… So to find what I am celebrating makes me reach. And then, what is most interesting (to me) is that once I start that process of ‘reaching’ ~~ I don’t need to reach far at all.
I am celebrating that I am so blessed beyond measure that I can make choices about specifically what type of food I am going to eat. Unlike so much of our world today, I get to choose whether I will include meat, fish, dairy, processed, whole foods, organic, local, junk…really ANY type of food that I would choose is available to me today. That is cause for celebration (even if I am a little spaced out here on my first day of just fruits & vegetables!)
There is so much more I can celebrate — my health, my families health, my compassionate husband in my loving marriage, my daughter who does something to amaze me every day, etc. etc, etc… but I won’t ramble on. I want to hear from you.
