On my quest to distroy my office butt, I have decided to first begin my journey by drinking a gallon of water a day to cleanse my body and get it on track to lose weight the healthy way. Well yesterday was day 1..... and although I came very close to drinking a gallon of water, I didn't quite make it. However, I did discover some yummy combinations of fruit, veggies and spices to use to turn tap water into a very yummy treat.
Delicious combinations include:
- Cucumber Slices
- Strawberry Slices
- Lemon Balm or Lemon Grass
- Lemon Grass, Cucumber and Lime
- Mint and Lime
- Mint, Lime, Strawberry
- Cucumber Mint
For Mint, Lemon Grass, Lemon Balm - crush or tear the leaves
For cucumber water - Let the water sit for at least 30 min before enjoying
