Day Four is it really you?! They say once you consistently do something for 2 weeks, you have created a behavioral change; Ahhh the lifestyle upgrade we've truly been seeking. Anyway only 10 days out from relief of the internal battle that desperately wants chocolate/ fudge/ brownie/ caramel MMmmm... It really is a chocolate thing for me lately. Forget about the carbs meh could go with or without, but CHOCOLATE MMMmmmm MMMmmmm
Anyway - no chocolate!
Started off with...
Hey girl! You are SO right! Cravings don't feel as intense today - that little piece of heaven yesterday was exactly what I needed and I feel like I have a better control of myself today. Today is a super long day at work, I won't be getting home till probably 10 pm so it'll be important to eat smart today.
Breakfast: Fruit & Maple oatmeal with medium coffee.
Lunch: Salmon with egg noodles and a sweet and spicy asian sauce.

My goal for this weekend is to get my meals prepped like I had been. Over the past month I had been making organic steel cut oatmeal with almond milk and it keeps for a week! I've been eating that for breakfast and it's been amazing. Better calories, less preservatives, and filling. I'm running out of my fresh veggies and fruits which is why I'm turning to take out a lot.... Too much $$ and too much preservatives. I'll be more focused next week. If anything tonight, I plan on running at least 2 miles on my treadmill. Even if it's at 10 pm, I gotta do something.
