Work out: P90X Shoulder & Arms / Ab Ripper X
I still haven't weighed myself. I will go by these pair of jeans that I love. I am litterally scared to weigh because I don't want it to spiral me into a state of depression. Last I know, I was at 135. I'm going with that because I can handle that number. I am a mother of 2 wonderful children, a wife to a loving husband, a dog lover to my chocolate labradoddle, a preschool teacher and a survivor of many things!! I AM MORE THAN WHAT THE SCALES TELL ME!!! So I'm on strike and will maybe never weigh again or until these jeans are baggy!
My back, shoulders and arms actually felt really good this morning when I woke up, however, I was extremely exhausted so I'm not sure if its the work out so late at night or just because I had a hard day. My P90X work out was awesome. This is probably one of my favorite ones that I can remember. Its all free weights. No pull ups or push ups. The Ab Ripper killed me. Not so much my stomach but my flipping legs! My legs are like jelly and I didn't work them out. Weird but I do feel like I worked out!
I have dinner plans with some friends tonight. I made these plans before I decided to do the Hybrid. I thought about canceling my plans like I would have in the past with my extreme dieting and excersing but I decided to keep them. When I get in that mood, I tend to hide away and keep to myself. But Life happens and I have to realize this. I will just have to do the best that I can and not drink a whole darn bottle of red wine... Tempting though!! I will try to report my calories and percentage if it's not too embarrasing tomorrow. Good luck to all who have decided to start working out and keeping track of calories. It is so hard to take good care of ourselves when life is busy but t feels good to be healthy.
