well. it’s been awhile since i’ve seriously worked out. like a looong while. i don’t think i’ve honestly done a great work out since before the wedding (yep – july, people!). don’t get me wrong, i play sports on the weekends and have had random “runs” here and there – but nothing that really motivates me to push harder, sweat more, and do better. so – i’m initiating a november 30 day workout. yes, every day this month i plan to do something that gets me moving, which can include running, a new class, walking, etc. i got the idea from one of my favorite bloggers, tammy, from lemons, avocados and the bay. unlike tammy, i’m not one of those girls that likes to work out – until i get into working out and then i love it. make sense? so, i’m really hoping this lights a fire under you know what and can bring some variety and new life to my non-existent exercise regime.
so, what will my workouts look like? well, today – on day 1 (ugh dreading this already) i’m hoping to get in some cardio with a 40 minute run/walk. this weekend i’d like to get in some cardio and weight lifting and then on sunday i have flag football which is a light exercise because i don’t really run that much. things i’m worried about?
finding variety, workouts while traveling, thanksgiving, and lacking motivation.
