It is Monday morning and I am feeling cautiously optimistic about the upcoming week. I am going to go out on a limb and make some plans – even set a few small goals.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday go into the studio.
Tuesday take care of RV for winter
Thursday take care of overdue library items
Everyday all meds, check blood sugar 2x , eat three meals, sleep by midnight, brush teeth.
These are the most important self-care tasks that I have not been doing. I will be happy with my progress if I can get all of this done this week. I could go on and on with a never ending list of outstanding projects and self-care improvements to work on – but that would exhaust what little energy I have managed to gather. So I’ll stop now.
